Professional Background

Currently, I serve as a CRM and Operations Team Leader at Paddy Power, where I work closely with marketing teams and store managers to implement tailored CRM strategies. By analyzing customer behavior data, I develop and execute targeted offers and engagement programs aimed at improving customer retention and satisfaction. This approach contributed to the improvement of our branch's rating from bronze to gold, significantly increasing overall revenue and customer loyalty.

Previously, as a Sales and Marketing Executive at GK Travels, I led B2B marketing campaigns targeting corporate clients. In this role, I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that expanded the company’s reach, improved lead conversion rates, and enhanced client retention. I utilized key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and retention rates to assess and optimize the effectiveness of these campaigns.

In my earlier role as a Digital Marketing Intern at Krazyfox, I contributed to increasing the brand’s visibility and engagement by managing social media platforms and executing digital content strategies. This experience allowed me to refine my understanding of online marketing and content management, while leveraging data to optimize digital performance.
